The mission of Adaptive Sports Partners’ is to empower individuals with disabilities by building community, confidence, and skills through sport, recreation, and adventure.  We do this by providing year-round adaptive sport opportunities in the North Country of New Hampshire and Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.  Our programs are available to athletes of any age and any disability, including physical, developmental, and emotional/behavioral. Our programming is available to anyone, regardless of ability to pay, thanks to our supportive donors and community. Our vision is to build a community where everyone can experience and thrive at sport, recreation, and adventure.
